The AISOM Innovation Award is now in its third year, reaffirming its status as a prestigious accolade for companies that excel in innovation across various sectors. The event was held in collaboration with AICIM, the Italian Association for Corporate Culture and Management, which is twinned with AISOM, and under the patronage of Theta Solutions and Vection Technologies.
We took part as an innovative company committed to the research and development of new food products for growth and sustainable success, winning the 2023 Innovative Product Award with ‘Qualy’ Cream.
The Award represents a significant accolade for companies like ours that invest capital, expertise and resources to bring healthy, high-quality products to the market.
Qualy Cream, in its various flavours, stands out for its unique formulation, which meets the needs of a public that is increasingly mindful of their health and the quality of the products they consume. These are professional-grade spreads that are naturally sweetened, with no added sugar, lactose or gluten. A product specifically designed to withstand both high and low temperatures, whilst retaining its creamy texture and delicious flavours. This makes them ideal for preparing desserts and sweet treats that require heat treatment.
The jury awarded a prize for each key category of innovation, including technology and product, social solidarity and sustainability, regulation, process, strategy and communication.
The award winners were announced by the members of the jury, chaired by Gianmarco Biagi, president of AICIM and AISOM; Giorgio Binda, national president of Unimatica Confapi; Massimo Giardina, Professor of Economics at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore; Alfredo Pretto, President of the Italy-Brazil Association; and Davide Reina, partner at Visionando and associate professor at SDA Bocconi.
