We kicked off 2023 with the major SIGEP – The Dolce World Expo trade fair.

Rimini took centre stage at the world’s most important event dedicated to artisan gelato and the art of confectionery. For five days, from 21 to 25 January 2023, the city became the capital of confectionery, opening its doors to industry professionals.

For over 40 years, SIGEP has remained the benchmark for the foodservice sector, providing a comprehensive overview of all the latest market developments. This 44th edition was the ideal opportunity to discover the latest innovations, new products and trends: from raw materials and ingredients to packaging and services.

The trade fair proved to be a genuine meeting point for the exchange of ideas, visions and networking. Discussions between leading experts and opinion leaders identified the key drivers of development and growth in the ice cream, patisserie, bakery and coffee markets.
