Panna cotta with no added sugar and a low glycaemic index, sweetened with OK Gold.

Procedure

  1. 01

    Soak the gelatine in cold water.

  2. 02

    Pour the cream into a small saucepan, add OK GOLD and the vanilla essence (or vanilla pod), then place it on the hob.

  3. 03

    When the cream is almost boiling, squeeze out the gelatine and add it to the cream, stirring well to combine.

  4. 04

    Pour the panna cotta into the glasses.
    Chill and leave to set for at least 4 hours.

  5. 05

    Garnish the panna cotta with your choice of toppings.

    Here are a few examples:
    – fresh strawberries drizzled with lemon juice
    – a wild berry compote made with OK GOLD
    – melted dark chocolate
    or any other ingredient of your choice.

Panna cotta senza zuccheri aggiunti e a basso indice glicemico, dolcificata con OK Gold.

Procedure

  1. 01

    Mettere la gelatina in ammollo in acqua fredda.

  2. 02

    In un pentolino mettere la panna e aggiungere OK GOLD, la vanillina (o la vaniglia) e portare sul fuoco.

  3. 03

    Quando la panna è vicina al bollore, strizzare la gelatina e aggiungerla alla panna, mescolando bene per amalgamarla.

  4. 04

    Versare la panna cotta nei bicchieri.
    Raffreddare e lasciar solidificare per almeno 4 ore.

  5. 05

    Decorare la panna cotta con dei topping a piacere.

    Di seguito alcuni esempi:
    – fragole fresche condite con succo di limone
    – una composta di frutti di bosco cotti con OK GOLD
    – cioccolato fondente sciolto
    o qualsiasi altro ingrediente di vostro gusto.
